Very intense exotic flavour. Surprisingly the acidity was not noticeable in the final brew.

I though about pineapple as an ingredient for quite a while now. When I got a decent ripe one in my hands I used it in different combinations for most of a 5l batch of mine. As I did not use even half of it, I tried to blend it and freeze it in ice cube forms. Surprisingly this worked perfectly. Im amazed how easy I could remove the cubes from the form afterwards.

As a main flavour i generally use 20g, less for sidekick. YAY.
