Pear
Very sweet ingredient that reveals an unpleasant taste when having a too long f2.
Pears would be the perfect ingredient, especially in combination with cocoa, cinnamon, or other autumn spices. However I find that the flavour turns bad after a very short time in f2. Even two days was too long for me.
Usage
- 25g main flavour
- 10 sidekick, sweetening
Tip: do not use totally ripe fruits, as they ferment too fast during f2.
Tip: shorten the f2 time to 1.5 days at room temperature and add one more day in the fridge before opening.
