Lemon verbena is a perfect sidekick for pretty much all brews. Its refreshing, lemony and has no acidity.

Usage

The following is valid for fresh lemon peel. For dried one half the amount:

• 10 leaves - main flavour
• 6 leaves - strong sidekick
• 4 leaves - mild sidekick
