Cinnamon
Great as sidekick in autumn brews.
Very nice ingredient that is often used in auntum recipes in western countries, though also often used in asian food all year long. As I always have it on hand anyways, I use cinnamon bark instead of powder.
Usage
Cinamon bark:
- 0.4g - second main flavour
- 0.20g - strong sidekick
- 0.1g - normal sidekick
