Hibiscus Flower & Ginger
Very lovely drink. While Im sure that this one can be topped with a nice sidekick, this already is an amazing brew by itself.
For my first try I used the following recipe:
- 0.5l F1 Kombucha
- 2.5g Dried Hibiscus Flower
- 4g ginger
- 1 tsp sugar
- 5g sugar (optional: vanilla sugar)
The hibiscus flowers had a lovely sweet taste and where clearly the main flavour. The only negative about this one is the lack of sidekick.
