Apple & Carrot & Green Cardamon
Very different brew than most Ive had so far.
Three very different ingredients make this one quite tricky. Apples ferment very fast if too ripe, carrots ferment pretty slow and cardamon has a very intense that gets stronger each day even when resting in the fridge.
Recipe
- 20g apple (strong sidekick - after taste)
- 10g carrot (soft sidekick)
- 0.05g crushed green cardamon (main flavour)
I expect the crushed cardamon to be very decent in the beginning but be very prominent after 3 day in the freezer. Update: 0.05g crushed cardamon was way too intense. Reduced to 0.03 or even 0.02 the next time.
