Lime Peel

Watch out! This is basically a no go, at least for me with the available fruits here in middle europe. I dried different sources of organic limes (explicitly stating that the peel is suitable for consumption), but all with the same result. The taste was always very strong and chemical, reminding me of a hospital more than everything else.


Usage

I started with 1g fresh lemon peel and reduced it to 0.5g and 0.3g later on. The results where the same, the taste never pleasant.
